Special Meeting Town of Humboldt Board of Supervisor will be held Thursday Spetember 2, 2021 at 6:00 P M at the community Center.   This meeting The Town of Humboldt Town Board intends to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the Town who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Town with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved and pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. During the closed session, the Board will discuss matters related to the property located at 1600 Van Ess Rd.
